Prof. Patricio Montesinos简介：

帕特希欧 蒙特吉诺斯（PATRICIO MONTESINOS）教授简介：西班牙终身学习学院的院长，欧洲工程教育（European Society of Engineering Education）的主席、南美和欧洲高等教育的副主席（RED de HIGHER EDUCACION para Latinoamerica y Europa）"、瓦伦西亚科技大学前副校长（2003-2005）。主要学术领域为：大学质量管理、大学评估体系、高校继续教育、网络教育等。主要著作有：《网络学习（1999）》、《欧洲工程教育系统》等。

学术成果；Author of more than 30 articles about Higher Education Management, Online Distance Learning Management and Production, selecting from the past 3 years. Author of the book "The Great Paella Cookbook for Online Learning" (1999) ISBN 84-7721-764-5.
